Did anyone else get a second email today to say their application is being screened? I received one on Friday also.

Yeah you could be right. Although the original advert had set dates for the next stages (30/31st March for psychometric and week commencing 5th April for Medicals) and the qualified job advert went out a week or so after the trainee one so I’d imagine they already had the qualified drivers jobs...

I’ve heard nothing since the we will be in touch in 2-4 weeks email. Considering their original timings I wonder if they have put people through to interviews and are going to let everyone else know they haven’t been successful if they get enough who pass the interviews.

I agree, and considering they said 30/31 March for psychometrics it doesn’t leave much time for interviews before. However they did say 2-4 weeks on my email which would take me to next Saturday(13th) so they must of factored it in hopefully.

Do they use the same format as OPC, so you do a SJT then they give you a sheet with questions on to answer? Or do they have their own process?

Am I missing something here? Surely if their eyes are not up to scratch it will flag up in the medical and they will fail the medical? If they pass they have done the same test as every other driver and meet the required standards. Your gripe would therefore be with the test not the OP as it...
