Apparently process may take up to 9months for them to recruit. Anyone gone further than online questionnaire stage?

Hi all, first post on the site. It says you have to live within 40mins of the station. Is this during the application process or once you are offered a job as i live up north but am willing to relocate anywhere in the country.
