That all makes sense, thank you. Can anyone tell me - if I do appeal it, do I still get the chance to pay the £55.70 if they decide my appeal is unsuccessful? Or could they decide on receiving and rejecting my appeal to take me to court without giving me another opportunity to pay the £55.70?
