Ember have confirmed on Facebook that the £2 fare cap will apply to journeys wholly within Highland, Moray and Argyll / Bute. If your journey crosses a boundary you'll be charged the £2, and then the standard Ember fare for the rest.

The X27 finished in 2022 according to bustimes. You can get from Dyce to the airport by catching either a 35, X35 or 18 towards town, crossing the dual carriageway at Bucksburn and then getting the 727 airport bus. The 727 from Union Square is the more straightforward option.

It may be that it's just a temporary glitch like it was with the Reach form. It certainly looks like they're not bothered about individualising the forms for marketing any more. Maybe that's why the Reach ones weren't available temporarily.
