16-25 Railcard before 10am

I cant find anything that mentions doing this. But when you buy an anytime ticket it says "Anytime : fully flexible tickets with no time restrictions on when you can travel. Perfect for people who need flexibility"

16-25 Railcard before 10am

I understand there's a minimum fare (£12) for tickets with a 16-25 railcard before 10am. What happens if I buy an anytime ticket for after 10am on nationalrail.co.uk and get the full 1/3 off, but use it before 10am (as it is an anytime ticket)? Has anyone tried this?
