This is the video I sent GTR. Now the ticket I got is London Terminals Thameslink only. Therefore from what I understand there is no way of me using this ticket to get anywhere.

But surely it that case the kiosk should tell you that it’s only giving you a ticket for part of the journey?

I specifically typed London St Pancras into the kiosk at Three Bridges. I actually sent a video of me buying a St Pancras to Three Bridges return ticket to GTR that day. I will see if I can find the video.
