Overtime is straight time. It sucks. I won’t do any overtime for less than 12 hours pay. Most of our jobs are over ten, anyway. It’s a healthy salary though, so you could easily manage with a few RDW a month. Rostering is an utter lottery. It all comes down to what you sign and the depot work...

No use of the Mobile at all in the cab (Must be switched off). It can only be used when you are in a safe position outside of the cab environment. I've eaten a sandwich in cab when I've not had a chance to eat it otherwise, when trains stopped etc, :|, the stuff you see in cabs is...

It's 3%. :) As already mentioned, a good starting point in ScotRail. Just avoid schoolies, junkies, football fans, and businessmen and you shouldn't get into too many arguments :lol:. Apply for other jobs after six months and you should recover in good time, if you manage to get one.

I would say that you're spot on with that one. It certainly accounts for a fair few.
