I wonder if they will operate these services from Manvers Street

I believe the E200MMC is ex-Moffat & Williamson SN66WHR, which is yet to enter service

107 has branding for every ten minutes which is the current frequency of mainline if I’m not mistaken?

    National Express Coaches Discussion

I’ve heard that the last day Stagecoach in Chesterfield will operate NX services has been moved forward to the 10th August, can anyone confirm this?

    Arriva Midlands

Either way ZEBRA funding was allocated to the 110 with BYDs ordered using this money so Arriva will need to do what they can to get them on the road. Its not unheard of to have new electric buses sitting unused for months or even years because of charging problems at depots

    Nottingham City Transport

The Turquoise buses have started to be rebranded to 77/78/79 together so I wonder if these routes will interwork to cover the 79 increase

    Bus Manufacturer News & Discussion

Dublin Bus took a large number of B9 E400s and Ulsterbus had some B7 E300s. Plus IIRC there was some inquiries into bodying the B8RLE with a E200MMC body for Lothian around the time the Evoras were ordered but this never happened

Wow, I guess they really are desperate to remove the Solo’s from the Trent fleet

    Preston Bus

It seems odd Rotala are doing this when they could potentially lose a big chunk of their main West Midlands operation to franchising, surely you would want to keep Preston and the Heathrow operations healthy to balance out any losses

TfGM Bee Network - fleet discussion

IIRC MX58DWZ was sold to a Kent operator a while back

Just seen 669 (FH05TKK) on Watnall Road in Hucknall out on driver training still wearing the hugo livery with L plates added, nice to see it back out

South Yorkshire bus franchising gets go ahead

Interesting they haven’t purchased TM’s Halfway depot (yet), unless its routes will be transferred to neighbouring Holbrook when franchising rolls around?

Additionally if you have only a few buses allocated to a longer distance route compared to the rest of the fleet, this would impact when the batteries need replacing so its better to spread the buses across all routes to equate the milage
