Tickets already been collected!

I have checked my bank activity and nothing has been withdrawn/paid for that I haven't done myself. Surely a thief wouldn't collect rail tickets and not bother stealing any money? How would they even know I had rail tickets to collect? This did cross my mind but I dismissed it given there is...

I booked train tickets ages ago to travel from Exeter this weekend and arranged to pick them up from the train station. I went to pick up the tickets yesterday and it said that they had already been partly issued and to go to the office, which I did and they told me to call the helpline. They...
