Are head codes ever visible

The RSID shows until the driver sets the cab up and logs into the TMS when the display will change to show the services headcode. It’s a good sign for Platform staff at originating stations that the driver is in the cab

Just watched the set go through Chorley - interestingly 2 pantograph were up and not the usual one for a 390
