Why don't you ring the OPC and explain your situation. They will be able to clarify where you stand regarding the validity of the assessments. Then you can speak to EMT HR in case they've got it wrong.
I applied last time. The closing date was 22 November 2015. I had my first email saying I'd made the sift on 04 December 2015. Then I had an email on 16 December 2015 inviting me to stage 1 which was to be held on 11 January 2016.
It's difficult to know exactly what they are looking for I think. For me reading that it would seem that you are trying to get across that you are not a train spotter rather than you don't like trains. I wouldn't worry. Are they looking for that? Do they try and avoid people who love trains...
It says in the advert that training is 3 years regarding the pay increase but further down it says training is 9-12 months. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Hi Paul I was on your interview day on Tuesday too. Congratulations to you too. I'm pleased we all passed as everyone was really nice. I hated the traffic pictures the most lol. Keep us updated with all the first hand news lol xx
I did it yesterday so just waiting for the MMI results. OPC bloke said he'd send the results over to EMT by 12noon today then we have to wait for them to let us know but he said hopefully should be this week.
Getting very nervous now lol... I just hope I get through the morning cos I've put a lot of work into my potential mmi answers eek. Good luck to everyone and Kev I'll see you in the bar tonight.
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
