it is s5.3a ,she did reply to the letter asking to avoid court because of her panic disorder ,I am just realy concerned what effect this is going to have on her mentally I am in no way excusing that she did wrong and neither would she .
I am posting on behalf of my daughter who knows she done wrong and was coperative when challenged but has now recieved a court summons I just want to ask is there any way she can settle out of court she has a panic disorder and takes antidepressants for this and feel a criminal record will...
could you please tell me the outcome of your phone call as my daughter is in the same situation and she knows she done wrong but would really like to avoid a criminal record
