Because of shifts you'll end up working long weeks followed by shorter weeks. It's just averaging 35hrs per week. I'm rostered for 40hrs but I do 50 some weeks.
Im from outside the railway and from my opinion, I am coming in blind to the job with only the experiences of speaking and listening to others who are already drivers. I've spoken with quite a few since the process to see whether I was making the right decision.
A lot of us who leave completely...

They are going through the process as far as I know and you just need to sit tight and see if you will be called up next. They are apparently sifting in order of application result. I know someone who was just called up for assessment this week.
