Still no letter. I have been reading 1889 regs and byelaws and it seems my son is doomed to obtaining a criminal record no matter what is said by him, the public. Thanks for your views. My son is adamant that he was not asked his age, and he was given a ticket, a child ticket, no other conversation took place.
