Just a question for anyone who may understand the MFA Sickness procedure better than myself.
If someone is put on a stage 1 if when they get into the last month of this stage (52 week period) they went sick again and returned once the stage one is over and triggered again another...

yeh I think it works out pretty much the same I think at £8 per hour is works out about a grand less then yours but I am sure there will be some little add ons that will bump it up a bit
