I think the fact that you've got passed the interview stage should stand you in good stead in any other position with FSR. Obviously you'd need to do the whole process again, unless it was the same position i'd imagine.
I think its a positive, saying successful at interview means if there was another job, it would be yours! I would imagine another would come up before 6 months then surely you'd be first in line. Chin up mate, clearly you impressed at the interview and were just unlucky someone was that bit more...
3 months! what did you do? lol Think it was a couple of weeks. it would take longer if you're successful i'd imagine cos the folk they don't want they just fire off emails then they have to contact successful candidates. I've had a conductor application in for about 3 months and still not heard...
Sounds good! That really annoys me about employers, wanting folk to do less notice than what they're meant to! they wouldn't accept it themselves! lol best of luck anyway mate. I found out quite quickly after the interview.
Ah well you're sorted :) never got the job though :p I think as long as you give it your best shot, be as prepared as possible and you're well dressed you should be in with a good chance. Best of luck anyway, let us know how you get on! :)
Hi, just come across this thread. I went for an interview for this last year. The questions are kinda basic just the "give me a time when" questions. Can't remember exactly what but it was like working as part of a team to accomplish a goal. They ask what you know about fsr and what you...
Hi, not heard anything yet Sandy. My guess is they will do the assessment process with the first lot and if they don't get enough then they will send for the second intake. I'm not holding my breath anyway I think its ridiculous that they keep you waiting all this time without any contact though.
I've not had an email but my status is at successful at full assessment. Don't know what that means though. I'll let you know if I hear. Fingers crossed and congratulations!! You've waited long enough. Lol
Aye, it is a bit confusing lol I had it down as more of a practical setting than sitting in a classroom. This waiting is doing my head in though! The last interview I got with fsr was arranged a lot quicker than this! :-\
