    Swt will mark each paper as you do them and if you pass that test then you will sit the next one. At least you will know on the day how you have done.

    I believe once you sign your first train on your own that's when your salary goes up. I think it is £35000-36000 plus regional allowance and then ticket sales which I think is about 1% of every whole £ sold.
