    No ,im wondering why they are all non union when the rest of the railway are. I.E. why they are in that position? I mean could it happen on GB, DBC, FL , DRS or a passenger TOC Half the drivers on strike and the other half working flat out to work the strikers trains.

    Apprentice Freight Drivers.

    They have had a number of drivers leave from both the freight side and the test train side to go to the mainstream FOCs and in some cases TOCs.

    To be clear I was referring to the freight side at Colas only, not other FOCs or the machine guys at Colas.
