customer service assessment with Abellio greater Anglia trains

Hi all I have recently applied for a customer service role with Abellio Greater Anglia rail and have been lucky enough to be invited to attend an assessment centre just wondering if anybody could advise what form the assessments will take? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance Boycey.
