Don't worry too much about bmi, if it's a bit higher than they'd like, they'll probably just say to you to work on getting it down, but it shouldn't be too much of a factor or stop you passing the medical.
The star questions were pretty standard. If you have examples prepared that you can use, you should be able to make them fit the questions. You have plenty time to prepare anyway before hand. The recruitment staff did the interview. They were great on the day. Good luck to everyone with the mmi...
I found the 2 hand coordination and adavt the trickiest. Mmi is what it says on the stuff sent out. Pretty standard star questions, but still tough after a long few hours of tests before hand. You get to think of examples prior to going in that you write down, so that definitely helps.
I honestly don't know what the difference would be between folk. What I would say though is that I first applied in 2002 !!! I've been trying since then and only on this attempt have I got beyond the application sift. All I can say is keep trying mate and it will happen.
I've just got the same email. I'm hoping this means we were successful and will be sitting the mmi tests/interview as soon as a date becomes available.
Hi kendo
I know you said you would send on some stuff, but I haven't received anything. Just wondering if it didn't let you or if you could try again.
Sorry to buy you again mate, you've been a great help to loads of folk. Cheers
