It's been almost a month since I passed the phone interview and i still haven't had the email about the assessment stage. Is this normal? Can anyone shed any light on this?
No. I believe Stage 1 is application, online tests and phone interview. Stage 2 is assessments. Stage 3 is structured and manager interviews and stage 4 is medical. So group bourdon to come, I think
Focus on aspects of customer service and why you want to work for FTPE. Also, why do you want to be a train driver? Best to give examples of your customer service experience.
