Yup, I have been waiting for a Month to do my Conversions and should be doing them this Week. Hopefully doing my 15 Hours the Week after then out with my minder! Cannot wait :)
Simply put, Not enough Trainers OR training facilities at the moment in Leeds.
A new course has started literally every 4 Weeks since April with 12 candidates on each, I think currently there are only 5 Trainers in Leeds each doing a 16 Week course.

Brief answer, Massive recruitment drive since April with the new franchise, More applications than HR can probably handle, Not enough Driver trainers to train any new candidates, The training acedemy is at full capacity at the moment and there is physically no space for any more courses.

You just sit in a sound proof booth, Headphones on and a clicker in your hand.
A series of beeps or tones play in each ear and you press the clicker each time you hear it. The tones are all of a different tone, Some low and some high.
Thats it.
I basically got told that if I heard nothing to treat it as good news, They would contact me if I had failed.
Best advice I can give you is to contact Northern HR and ask them, I did and they confirmed I had passed the Medical.
Maybe they do alter the Interview part from time to time? The rest of the Assessments from the other Drivers I have spoken to are all similar.
