Earlies start around 3am onwards, latest finish around the 1am, and nights are anything from 8pm-Midnight and finish 5am-8am. Sundays are part of the working week, and its based on a just under 5 day week. There are currently discussions to bring in 156 rest days which will bring it down to 4...
Does anyone know what the usual shift cycles are like with FTPE for drivers (i.e earliest start time and latest finish time) and is it a 4 day week? Are sundays included in the shift cycle or are they covered by overtime?
Cheers

Thanks!!
There were 2 days each week for the next 3 weeks, from what i can remember they were;
9/10th April in preston
15/16th April in Hull
22/23rd April in York
All morning sessions 9 to 1pm
I do remember someone on my assessment day saying the next stage of the assessment would be in...
There is no specific dress code, some people had suits on, some dark jeans and a jumper. It is all about the assessment and your appearance has no bearing on the outcome! Good luck
Correct me if Im wrong, you need a higher mark to pass the equivalent tests with FTE than what you do with Northern?
So what would have been a pass at the assessment centre with Northern could be recorded as a fail with First Group, using up one of your goes?! :?: Please excuse my ignorance!!
Passed my phone interview despite resigning myself to failure after fluffing my lines on more than one occasion :oops:
Does anyone know what the dress code is for the next stage?
Its Liverpool/Blackpool - I just booked my phone interview from the time slots that were available. Friday 21st March at 5pm was the last phone slot i saw so thats when it must end, I suspect once those slots had all been booked up thats when people were being turned away!
