    FCC Prosecution...please please help

So apparently I'm expecting a call tomorrow afternoon now. I'll keep you all updated: my next post in this thread will be whether or not I'm going being summoned to court. Thanks for all your help and advice thus far. Wish me luck...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

No, as I said in my previous post, I spoke to an RPI at my destination who opened the barriers for me and let me go --- old post above --- --- new post below --- The widespread sense of skepticism in this thread greatly worries me, because it makes me think that if people I have no reason of...

I know its old, but are any of you established members of the forum aware of how this case ended? http://www.railforums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=43838 Seems pretty similiar to mine aside from the fact that I didn't buy a child ticket to get onto the platform nor did I travel+explained my...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

At the barriers of my destination i explained my case to the RPI and he let me through. He initially tryed to give me a PF until i explained it all. I just got off the phone with the prosecution department. She said she will give me a call later today. Fingers crossed they end it today and...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

I can't believe I face the prospect of getting a criminal record for this...surely a railway lawyer specialist will be able to get me out of this, I'm not bothered about cost I just can't be getting prosecuted for something like this. I know it's still a stage or two away, but does anyone know...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

Are you sure they'd insist on a settlement first and won't just go straight to court? Because from reading other accounts it seems like they just jump straight to the latter...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

In that case, do you think my best course of action is to offer an out of court settlement? =/

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

Thanks for your reply. I actually did email a lady who picked up the phone when I rang the office on the day I received the letter (Friday). She told me to email her, I did, but haven't heard back yet. I am aware that it has been practically no time at all as I doubt there was anyone in the...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

Anyone who is questioning the truth of my account; I don't know any of you and will never meet any of you, and vice versa. I have absolutely no reason what so ever to with hold any of the truth as this would probably even be non-beneficial to me. Thank you all for your inputs so far. You have...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

I know you are simply trying to help, we are on the same level. The reason I asked you that was to once again get an answer and therefore identify any flaws in my argument (or more specifically what reasons they'd have for not believing specific parts of my account). Do you not believe that the...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

But if he didn't let me through the barriers, then how on earth would I have got past them into the train? And before you say I jumped over them, then how would the RPI have got all my details?...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

    1. So does moving to the train as if to board or to travel include handing your ticket to an RPI BEFORE any travel, on the side of the barriers within the station to be told your ticket is invalid? Your telling me that they can prosecute me on those grounds? 2. So them opening the barriers...

    FCC Prosecution...please please help

Its funny you say that. Wanna know something very very ironic? I went to kings X to try and hand in a letter to the prosecution office the other day. I explained my story to an RPI after asking him where the prosecution office was. Hand on heart, swear on my mothers life, he told me it was 4am. Lol
