No idea. Might just be the deal BA done with BP & Freightliner.

Aviation fuel to run by rail from Isle of Grain?

Freightliner are delivering fuel for BA and it is around 16 trains a day with the option in increase or decrease depending on demand. I've heard the reason why BA have gone for the train option is that it's cheaper than 63 tankers delivering the same amount of fuel a 20 wagon train can deliver...
