Just received email and I'm through to the next stage. All booked for 21st at Leeds. All the best to everyone else who is going. My first assessments were done in December.

We had 18 of us in our assessment this morning. Nice group of people, the morning went very quickly and tests weren't as bad as I was expecting. We were told they will try to get us our results before Xmas but in reality it will more than likely be by the end of the first week in January.

I did my last test today. Did first test Tuesday and was notified half an hr later to do the second assessment which I couldn't do until today. Completed the alphanumeric test in just under 5 minutes so hoping I've done everything correctly and done enough to get through. Good luck everyone.

Thank you so much for the extra information about this. I too thought there was only standard and enhanced checks . I also agree with these checks wholeheartedly even though they do affect me but they are necessary.

How many women are in this line of work? I too applied for this role but I don't have any heavy haulage experience etc. My experience is from being a driving Examiner for 10yrs and advanced driver training so not sure if I would be classed as suitable or not.
