They way it was said was more like 1 from every English TOC, but the TOC in question is indeed nationalised.

One MD said internally that GBR/DfT want 1 train at every TOC in GBR livery by the end of August, although declined to say whether that TOC would have it done by then. On the plus side, GBR lanyards and name badges from September! Woooo!

Anything with 68/MK5A can be removed but everything else should be the same.

New MD wants to "simplify" the operation. Full review of 68/MK5A operation by the end of the year supposedly. And the 68 diagrams on South will be replaced by 3 car 185s.

Staff had a Teams presentation on the new branding, livery and interiors last week.

As a 68, once every month or so at the moment. If it has a full complement of crew but they don't sign 68s a 185 will deputise.

No change from the May timetable. Still just 1B64 0543 Man Airport to Cleethorpes and 1B85 1524 Cleethorpes to Liverpool as 68s. Still reliant on crews being competent, but refreshes have been ongoing recently.

Not exactly true. For some reason that is still showing the normal Sunday timetable, which has, quite rightly, been cancelled. All of the scheduled diverted trains thus far have run, and have run as 6 cars.

I think Liverpool and Airport do, but the former don't have much work yet and the latter share the rest with Sheffield.

Highly doubt any 68s will run next week on South (Monday excluded), because the managers working as Guards don't sign them.

I suspect the first month or two will be a struggle.
