Northern Rail talent pool

I'm in that position now. It's killing me just sitting and waiting!!! I've been in the holding pool for two weeks.... I applied for Buxton but told them I am interested in picc and Vic Depots as well. If I got a call then what would be the next step? Would I need another interview with...

'Talent Pool' - does this work?

Thanks for that. How does it work with Northern? I've had interview and assessments so I was aware if I'm pulled out of the talent pool it would be for a medical then start date! Is this right?

Im in a similar situation! I applied for a conductors job for picc and had an interview & assessment! Then I had an email to say I had reached the required mark to pass the test but have been put in the holding pool. I've been in the the pool for a few weeks now and not sure if anything will...
