[OpenBVE] Some help getting started

Hello, First I would like to say I apologize for my first post here being questions, but I am itching to get started on this simulator... I've never played a train simulator before, and my pc is only 1.6ghz, so I'm not sure if I will even be able to run openbve, and I also need some help...
