I usually give up things like fast food, chocolate, alcohol that sort of thing. I think its nice to have a sort of detox period each year. :)

I started a new years resolution Jan 1st 2013 to not eat Maccas, Burger King, KFC etc and I'm still going. This year I plan to be more productive, eat better and get out more among other things.
