    Thanks for the suggestions, Just to clarify, the agreement was a written one and conditional on me paying within 21 days, which I did. I'll send a recorded letter to the prosecutions department and to the court clerk and hope for a response soon.

    Using both telephone numbers provided as well as leaving a message at headquarters reception. I would email too but they don't provide an address. The court date is the 18th Feb.
