    Train manager operates the doors and signals the driver from a panel on the left (on Duplexes anyway) hand side of each door. They do ticket inspections too, in order to enforce the compulsory reservation rule and issue penalty fares to those without a reservation or validated ticket.

    It's definitely Caersws. It would've been pretty much perfectly centred at Talerddig I imagine (if the station wasn't closed - the building is in use as a private dwelling), but all that remains there now is the crossing loop.
