What an incredible chain of events! A very thick stack of Swiss Cheese slices, and yet all the holes lined up, seemingly due to nearly everyone involved (Planner, Supervisor, PIC, and especially the Signaller) being overworked.

Same here with the Redirect issue. Not had any trouble with it whatsoever until now (had no idea some people had been struggling) but had trouble getting on tonight.
