    We are in york. We are in the park inn but from week 3 middletons and elmbank. Seem to be using different hotels at the moment. Couple of guys in random ones alone.     I imagine much like the ist group I'm in you have been recruited to an area and will be expected to apply for open vacancies in that area (or others) whilst you are studying . As others have said...don't read up. Let them teach you everything you need to know. I'm just about to start my second week

    Either way you will have to fess up. They will need to risk asses you using the rigs etc. I don't even think you would get smp. It would be maternity allowance. Best idea is to talk to the lom. Hopefully the won't recind the offer as they are big champions for equality and diversity

    I would guess that like most places you would need to be employed for 26 weeks prior to your 25th week of pregnancy. Speak to your lom they may be able to find something office based until you can return to duty. Though be prepared to only get maternity allowance which isn't great

    No no email with local vacancies I've been told I can't apply for anything until I start. Gainsborough was offered up to apply for but I asked around and it doesn't seem a popular box so I didn't bother. I guess I'll see you tomorrow!

    Just got my reservations through for IST in york starting the 4th staying at the park Excited to get going now,but also applying for an actual box too for a bit of peace of mind
