luggage on seats !!

The reason people do it is that they want a quiet journey and they have no consideration whatsoever that the train is crowded. "Bloke do it too" you say but two examples here. I was on a Kings Cross to Edinburgh train the other week and 10 seats were taken up by bags.....all belonging to women...
