    As above, had my interviews earlier this year and I would agree with what WA_Driver has said. When researching the company make sure you know the name of the CEO and key dates, routes, number of stations called at/operated by SWR and types of rolling stock. They really drilled me on this info.

    I did the assessments and DMI in Jan & March respectively. I've been waiting for MMI ever since. I spoke to recruitment and they said I will be notified when a position becomes available. It's frustrating as I've seen others offered jobs but hopefully things will pick up once the new franchise...

    Hi all, I've passed all assessments and had DMI 6 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for a date for MMI. Anybody else in the same boat? I appreciate that there is change happening due to the upcoming franchise change but the waiting is killing me.

    Did they give you any idea when your course would be if you were successful? They said the background checks can take some time so until they are completed they can't give a start date.
