Great Northern and Thameslink May 18 service changes

Does anyone know how Biggleswade comes out with the proposed changes? Am I right in thinking there’ll be 6 quick trains between 7-10am? Anyone know how ‘quick’ these will be to the core (if they go through at all)? No quick trains in the evening?
