Large heritage line stations

I recently enjoyed a visit to ELR, and particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of Bury station. Four platforms, plus two places to buy food, signals galore etc. As I love a good railway station and have not travelled around the heritage lines too widely, where else should I visit for a similar...
