I think that would be fairly optimistic. The original advert said that the assessment centre/interviews won't be untill the week of the 10th Feb & that's even before the psychometric tests and medicals are done. Although the advert does say its an 'anticipated' July start

It's not possible. It is a different system over there. Drivers on the french side are basically seconded/contracted TGV drivers from SNCF. The only drivers 'fully employed' by Eurostar are the London based ones.
