Might be answered already, is there enough coach/bus drivers in local area to provide RRB service. I know Oxford and Swindon buses have been running recruitment campaigns for a long while.
Just seen a Tom Scott YouTube on Solar powered train, in Australia. 1949 train 1 diesel taken off one left on for back up. The train has solar panels and a battery. The station has solar panels and battery storage. So much electric is produced some is sent onto grid. My thought is with all land...
I know there was plans for regional Eurostar services before the tunnel open and this was scrapped. But I always thought sleeper services from St Pancras to selected destinations would do well, with even a carriage for post/parcels. I know with border control problem this won't be easy. But what...
The North Star College students used to have a pass to use the bridge, but this was stopped. A bridge on the western side of station from car park on north side to South side car park. With lifts already at the station and access via the service road, just needs a lift on north side.
The station needs a northern entrance/exit, this was mentioned some years back now. At one time you could use Polaris House footbridge but this was stopped.
I know class 395 can split and join up easy in 2 minutes, don't know about class 800. But could a 2 x 5 set split and rejoin at Stonehouse, giving Gloucester and Chelenham a hourly service.
Is there a ruling about the size of the bird, to whom it's gets blamed too. Large birds ( known a few ) Network Rail and small birds to TOC, think I remember seeing it on tv doc.

Been thinking ( I do sometimes ), crossrail central station should of been built with more platforms 2 eastbound and 2 westbound. Between stations is fine with 1 track either way. With more platforms loading and in unloading from both side less dwell time and a late train could overtake and get...
Before the arena is built, the super metro tram system will be planned and cancelled again. The late train to Swindon will be to early for late show finishes. Best place to put would be m32 j1 north west side, Parkway not far and cars don't need to go far off motorway system.
