I've always hated the seats fitted to class 175's but everyone else seems to rave about them! I find them very thin and hard compared to class 170's. Shame as they spoil an otherwise excellent unit.

Personally i would attach it to 67003, take it to Aylesbury drop it off and use a Class 142 on the Bay branch for all the use it is.

Perhaps another trip to WAG hq for some funding to improve services then? I just seems a terrible waste now they have a train that actually offers the travelling public a nice environment to travel parked up for 16 hours a day. I caught the mk3 set to Cardiff last week and returned on a 175...

I think now ATW have a decent train set, its a real shame that its not used a little more. When the spare set is done they should both be put to work a Cardiff - Holyhead diagram with one starting and finnishing at either end of the route. But that would make sense:idea:
