Number of carriages of all services calling at Worthing between 7am-10am?

Apologies for a fairly inane and basic query, but does anyone know of a reliable source for the length (number of carriages) of a given service. I'm specifically looking for the number of carriages and stock type of all services passing or calling at Worthing between 0700 and 1000 today...
