Certain Network Rail staff are (multiple expletives deleted). I have sent a few e-mails to NRT-WTT@networkrail.co.uk, and they have never responded in any fashion. I complained to Network rail about this, via the Network Rail web-site, and they haven't responded. Network Rail Suck!
