Hello mate. Can I bend you're ear ? I'm currently a passenger driver and have been offered a job at Colas. I need to leave passenger work as its getting boring to me. Can you give me some straightforward advice on work hours etc etc.

Relocation not really an option unfortunately. I like the idea of the different route and the different types of work. I don't mind heavy or intermodal work.

I had applied to DBs Peterborough. They have said they will keep details on file and to check website weekly. i have put a speculative application in to other also now.

I was so looking forward to it, bur received an email today saying that due to an alteration in projected requirements, they are now recruiting for where I wanted next year :-( Sad times I want to come to freight. Oh well onwards and upwards.
