You could say the same about the old Lowland Scottish which has been run into the ground since it was sold the First/GRT. Eastern/SMT on the otherhand were in a pretty dire way when they were taken over by GRT

Thats the excuse they gave to Dalkeith drivers, that the West Lothain services into Edinburgh made money while the East and Mid didn't. I wouldn't think it would be Stagecoach but Horsburgh in the way McGills took over Arriva in and around Paisley.
