AP have released a new update which seems to have fixed the issue - I've installed it myself and the acceleration does seem better.

The Voyager is out now - I've had a drive of it and the sounds and physics are very good in my view. There is also a discount for owners of the 222 pack.

This is great! Can you get it to do the "This Train Is For" announcements for Kings Cross, Victoria, Peterborough etc with the various via messages?

I do agree that performance varies on each unit in real life, however I don't think any of the AP networker packs have the variable performance feature (although it would be nice if they did). The 317, 319, HST, the sprinters and a few other more recent packs do have that feature. I suppose it...

That does seem to suggest the current acceleration physics in the AP pack are at least slightly slower than reality.

Quite a few have noticed this - it seems the acceleration changed after the gradient physics correction patch. I believe on 465s, acceleration tends to drop off above around 65mph and they can struggle to reach 75. I do find it slightly odd though that it takes around 1 minute 30 seconds to...

Looking forward to the enhanced Meridian pack (I'm guessing this will also include the Hull Trains Pioneer units). Hopefully a Voyager enhancement pack will follow soon.

Very good! Did you manage to get the "This train is for London Victoria" announcement to work? I believe there were a few versions with different "via" messages similar to the GN announcements.

Perhaps not quite the same, but I have seen Great Northern platform staff wearing WAGN branded high vis vests on a few occasions.

I found these online - not sure if they are of any help to you:- http://www.bitsavers.org/components/oki/_dataBooks/1987_OKI_Voice_Synthesis_LSI_Data_Book.pdf https://bitsavers.trailing-edge.com/components/oki/_dataBooks/1994_OKI_Voice_Synthesis_ICs.pdf

Looks like the software was last updated in 1999. I assume the program file was used for "stitching" all of the audio files together - is there any way you could use it for the software you have been working on? Also, I found this video of an MG Montego with a "talking dashboard" - I noticed...

It sounds like a delay with the loading of the audio files possibly. This video shows how the announcements sounded:-

Also worth noting that there should be no audible gap between "This train is for" and "London Kings Cross" (along with next station announcements) - this is an issue which is very noticeable with modern systems, but the 365 system never suffered from it. 365 announcements always sounded very...
