If all positions were taken we would have been informed by now. As stated around 100 times very few people if any from the Tuesday on wards have been informed yet. Whether successful, unsuccessful or put in their talent pool we will all receive an email when they know what is happening.

They must contact everyone that participated in the assessment. I went on the Tuesday and haven't heard anything back yet.

I thought dealing with First group was bad but London Midland just appear to be the same the only difference being instead of an automated reply to your query London Midland just don't bother to respond to emails at all!

Your age won't have anything to do with it. With age comes experience. At a conductors assessment I was at recently most people were in their 40's with one or two in their 50's!

From what I am told people who attended the assessment yesterday will hear sometime next week how they got on.

They'd be very pushed for time if it was only 2 days worth of interviews. Would 2 days even be possible if there are 22 positions?

I had mine on Tuesday too and I've not heard anything yet.
