Not the original video, but the music is the one from the 1983 version. I wonder if it has a name, or it's just a single piece of "private" music created only for that specific video.
Thank you :)
After doing some checks on the recent timetables, it seems Southern no longer serve the Guildford lines. Any reason why? Was this due to the Pandemic, or something to do with the franchise?
if anyone has info about this, it would be appreciated.
If we're talking about low passenger use, would Epsom Downs come into this? Annual was 112K (first time over 100k, according to Wikipedia), and it's technically in London (Zone 6)
Strangely enough, Epsom Downs has the least entrance/exits on the Sutton-Epsom Downs branch.
Moreton (Towards...
Not sure if there's a thread on this already, haven't used this forum in a while!
I'm going to rank 5 of my favourite TS2017 trains, then rank my least favourites.
TOP 5:
Class 91 (With AP) - Superb quality all round.
Class 175 - Excellent acceleration for a DMU, and good sounds.
Class...

Stations on the Sutton...

I do like the noise they make when they pass at high speeds.
Especially at Places like...
Would Sutton and Wimbledon Count?
Sutton - St albans via Hackbridge
Sutton to Luton via Wimbledon.
At Wimbledon the service towards Sutton (southbound) continues even though it "terminates".
Winchester is only a 2 platform station and, given a 3 minute gap between services, such as platforms 8 and 9 at Clapham*, often having one train every three minutes when the slow platforms are OOU. This means it can have 20 trains each way per hour. But saying that, it would cause a bottleneck...
I was about to say Redbridge and Totton, BUT BUT BUT...
I believe late night trains to Poole/Weymouth do call at these stations. But In the daytime I've never heard of a Brockenhurst-bound train at Redbridge.
Another one is Victoria to Wandsworth Road. (There is a line to there but the SE...
Just thought of a few additional smalll stops. Granted theyshouldnt be needed that much but i remember seeing a few express services calling at selhurst. (mainly slow bognor services or a lewes service)
