Hinged Signal Posts?

Hello all, I'm new here so please be gentle with me! I'm trying to research the use of hinged or wind down style signal posts. I know they do exist but can't find much info via Google. Working at heights adjacent to 25,000 volts gives a strong case to do all maintenance at ground level...
