331 turn off at 13mph and do not turn on until at a stand (or shortly before). 195's the opposite way round. Arguments for both options but I believe are being standardised to 195 option (for now).

Project was dropped and its sitting at Long Marston minus a few roof panels and internal bits of kit. Believe the plan was to install a small diesel engine/generator and a bank of batteries - diesel engine when running would charge the batteries. There was a bit on it in LIAR a couple of years ago.
DML/Bombardier/Marcroft have all carried out the work they were contracted to do. Maybe the work (as specified by GC/Sovereign) was scaled back or maybe it wasn't that extensive at all in the first place...the latter statement was made going on a quick shifty round one of the PC's a while back.
